College graduation brings both the satisfaction of acadeic achieveent and the expectation of a well-paid job. But for 6,000 graduates at San Jose State this year, there’s uncertainty as they enter one of the worst job arkets in decades. Anger is good for you, as long as you control it, according to new psychology research. A new study fro Carnegie ellon University shows anger ay help people reduce the negative ipacts of stress and help you becoe healthier.
“Here getting eotional is not bad for you if you look at the case of anger,” said Jennifer Lerner of Carnegie ellon. “The ore people display anger, the lower their stress responses.”
